Connecting to the Citrix Server (ICA)

In order to redirect serial devices to remote desktop session, Citrix Receiver must be used in conjunction with FabulaTech FtPlugins extension for remote desktop software. FtPlugins extension must be installed alongside with FabulaTech Serial Port for Remote Desktop (Linux version) as shown on installation page.

To add additional functionality from FabulaTech to Citrix Receiver run once:

$ sudo /opt/ftplugins/bin/ftctxbr-setup.sh -i

There are 3 ways of usage. First, use a web browser with XenServer address:

http://SERVER/

where:

SERVER

Remote desktop server IP or network addresss.

Second, run the Citrix Receiver directly:

$ /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/selfservice

Third, if /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/config/appsrv.ini was edited, run:

$ /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/wfica
