• As a licensed user you obtain the right to use software updates within 12 months from the date of your purchase. After this period expires you can renew your update subscription to be able to use latest versions of Virtual Serial Port Control.
  • Specify Order ref #. You can find it in the product's About dialog or in email with the license key. This will speed up order processing.
  • Choose the correct license type. It has to match your current license type.
  • Click "Proceed to Checkout", and make sure the "License to" field contains information in accordance with the previously purchased license.

Download Protection

Download Protection allows you to have a copy of your license key and installation files securely. You can always request the software or license keys in case you lose your data or replace your device.

Potential Taxes and Duties

Depending on your billing location, value-added tax or other local sales taxes may be included in the order price. Taxes are processed automatically during the payment procedure after specifying your address.
