Force reboot when OEM VSPK is uninstalled

Is it possible to edit the .MSI file that includes the FT VSPKcore-xxx.msm to force a reboot when the application is uninstalled?  
 
I tried changing the FT_MUST_REBOOT_AFTER_UNINSTALL value from 0 to 1 but that didn't cause a reboot.
 
Any suggestions?
