Deny rule don't work in some situations

Hello
I tested fabulatech USB for remote desktop on windows server 2019 based on rdp. My client os is fedora linux. There is a bug that I want report here. Suppose there is not any rule in mass storage group in admin panel. The correct functionality is blocking all mass storage device and deny to connect to remote windows. The miss functionality occurred when you disconnect and connect the storage device when you connected by rdp session. In this situation USB device will be connected to windows and user can use it. But the device must be denied based on the exist rules in admin panel.
Can you give me a solution to solve this problem?
