I am unable to get my USB headset working over Microsofts RDP. RDP should support usb devices but for some reason when i remote control a pc it won’t pickup the usb headset. I have ticket the check box within RDP to use the usb device on the remote pc. Any ideas?

As I understand you are trying to redirect usb headset with help of USB for Remote Desktop and use it on the remote side within RDP session, correct?
In this case you must:
- select "Play on remote computer" option in RDP client on USB for Remote Desktop (workstation) PC;
- run RDP session;
- connect usb headset in USB for Remote Desktop (server) GUI (on the remote side within RDP session);
- install the drivers for headset on USB for Remote Desktop (server) PC;
- run any apps (Audacity for example) and test the playback and recording.
 
P.S. The best solution for sound redirection is Sound for Remote Desktop.
