How to access Juniper firewall?

We tried to install your solution on our testing server and client. If it is a pure local network, the connection is successful. However, when we added a Juniper (hardware firewall and provided by our HQ), the USB device can't be found. We want to know which protocol the solution is supported or any port should be opened in Juniper? Or do you know is there any configuration should be done in Juniper firewall?

Hi,

We are creating the rules for Windows firewall on the stage of the product installation.
I think you must create the same rules for USB for Remote Desktop (workstation/server) in your Juniper firewall.
What do you mean by "the USB device can't be found"?

@Sergey_Jarovski,

Thanks for your quick answer. "The USB device" is a U flash disk. When we added a Juniper, the connection of U flash disk is lost and we can't find this disk in remote server. As I know, for security reason, only 3389 port is opened in our Juniper for remote. Do you know which limitation we have to remove from our Juniper firewall?

Hi again:

I have no information regarding Juniper firewall.
We are using standard 3389 port for usb device redirection within RDP session.
You can find our default rules for Windows firewall below:

1) USB for Remote Desktop (workstation)
[Inbound rule] for [USB for Remote Desktop Workstation] service:
Any protocol, any local port, any remote port

2) USB for Remote Desktop (server)
[Inbound rules] for [USB for Remote Desktop Admin UI], [USB for Remote Desktop Server service], [USB for Remote Desktop Shell] services:
Any protocol, any local port, any remote port
