Citrix XenApp - Application hangs, no reconnect

Hello Since we have installed the USB for Remote Desktop Tool on a Citrix Xenapp 6.5 Server for our 3D SpaceMouse, the shared CAD applications (Autodesk Inventor) constantly crashes. This means the application (Inventor.exe) hangs up and the connection is closed and can not be reconnected. The application is active, but can't be disconnected or loged off. Only when you restart (second new Inventor.exe) the application, you can exit/logout the complete session as usual. Do someone here know this behavior and had already such an issue?
