USB for Remote Desktop only show "running in

We try to redirect a special 3D Mouse from an Igel Client (running FW 5.05) to a XenDesktop (which virtualises a standard HP Workstation). On the Workstation I installed the USB for Remote Desktop Version 5.02 Server and on the Igel I activated the Fabulatech Client and set it so that it should allow redirection for all USB devices.
I tried with the 3D Mouse and a Logitech Webcam, but both devices are not redirected and the client only shows "Running in local session" with a yellow exclamation mark next to it.
The Netlinks Services are both running. Anything I am doing wrong? Any idea what I can try?
