Was using an old version of usb over network and now setting up for remote desktop.

workstation is not installing properly on a windows 7 64bit machine.

After the install, there is no executable, no shortcuts, no program file in the folder. Just the help and license word doc.

I have a valid license (just purchased).

HELP!!!

Dear mikeyboy,

Thanks for contacting us.
According to our developers, USB over Network and USB for Remote Desktop might conflict with each other so please uninstall  USB over Network from the machine where you watn to use it.
As for no executable, USB for Remote Desktop does not have any 'traditional' window on the server side. After you intall Workstation on your local machine and the Server on the remote desktop server, all you need to do is log it to your remote desktop. There is a tray menu item on the server side where you can enable/disable redirection of specific devices.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
