Hello
I have got USB Canon scaner DR-2510C connected to win8 workstation where USB for remote desktop (workstation) is installed.
Remote side is Xenapp 6.5 (ICA) on Win2k8r2. Usb remote desktop for server, captureontouch canon scanning utility is installed.
Drivers for scanner are installed on both sides (for sure).
Canon Dr-2510 is redirected successfully (i find it in devices on the server).
Terminal server with connection ID is created.
if I want to use Captureontouch utility for scanning, after pushing START button "Error occured".
 In event viewer is nothing relevant.
thanks for reply

Hi
Please let me know the following:
- what version of USB for Remote Desktop do you use ?
Note that the versions of USB Remote Desktop server and workstation must be the same;
- what usb port (2.0/3.0) do you use on the workstation side of USB Remote Desktop ?
- do you have the possibility to plug your scanner to the USB Remote Desktop server side and check the functionality of CaptureOnTouch ?
