Problems with redirection from UD3 731LX

Greetings,

i`m trying to redirect an Dataman 7500 measurement tool from an UD3 731 lx to a virtual 2008R2 Terminal Server.
It already worked from a Windows 7 x64 Workstion with the USB to Remote Desktop Software.
I already switched the Version to the Igel Edition after that.

Unfortunately i`m not able to redirct it from an Igel Thinclient.

I activated redirection in the thinclient configuration and turned off native usb redirection.
USB for Remote Desktop already told me that "connection2" was established but the USB device wasn`t shown in the Software.

Version should be 3.1.3 Remote Desktop for USB Igel Edition.

the last five entries from the ftusbrdsrv.log says:

02.18 17:17:00 [1584] [4448] [ERROR]: Receiving server version failed
2013.02.18 17:20:14 [3932] [3092] [ERROR]: Invalid server handle 1
2013.02.18 17:20:14 [3932] [3092] [ERROR]: Remove USB server with handle = 1 failed
2013.02.18 17:20:14 [3932] [3092] [ERROR]: "Remove USB server" command failed
2013.02.18 17:24:13 [3932] [2960] [ERROR]: Receiving server version failed

The problem seems to be solved and it works.
I should have updated the firmware in the first place.

Sometimes it tells me that the device is occupied by another user even though there is only me logging to the testserver.

Do you use the native Igel USB redirection + USB for Remote Desktop Server for Igel? Igel thin clients have our Linux Workstation integrated.
