Thin Client server does not recognise any USB

I have downloaded and installed the USB over Network "Server" and also the USB for Remote Desktop "Workstation" trial versions, and run both (separately) on Thin Clients. Neither one recognises any USB devices plugged into the Thin Client, although all USB devices are available in Windows.

Tried it on 2 different thin clients: WYSE and Devon IT
Both are running virtualized Windows 7 32-bit

Hello,

I regret to inform you that our software is not compatible with WYSE computers. But everything should be okay on Devon IT thin clients. Could you please send me your system information file from this thin client with our software installed on it? It would be better if it has only one program currently installed.

To get system information file  you need to do the following: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information File -> Save.

This file will help me to understand if was our software installed correctly.
Please send it to: support@fabulatech.com

Thanks in advance!
