BSOD after uninstalling USB for Remote Desktop

I installed USB for Remote Desktop by mistake, I was trying to installed USB over Network. After uninstalling USB for Remote Desktop, I got a BSOD related to an error with tsusbflt.sys. I was able to boot in safe mode. Disabling one of the two "Generic USB Hub" in Device Manager stopped the BSOD when booting. If I enable the "Generic USB Hub" I get the BSOD again.

Greetings,

Please download this archive:

ftp://castle.colonet.net/upload/support_tools/last_usbnet_patch/uonupdate.zip

It contains new drivers(v4.7.5) and "README.txt" file with instructions how to apply them. Follow the steps and let me know the results.
