Dear Diego, 1. Our software allows to assign "nicknames" to the devices. Try this feature. With it you will be able to recognize the modems. 2. Please send me a screenshot with "Device Instance ID" of two modems. (Open Device manager --> Select your device --> right click on it, properties --> Details, Device Instance ID) 3. Regarding this error MODULE: FTSHELLAPP (324). Usually it appears when the service is down. To fix it restart "USB for Remote Desktop Service". No need to reinstall the software.
