Big problem with USB for Remote Desktop product

Hello Everyone

i was wondering if someone can help me we have been using the Usb for remote desktop product for about 1 year or so.  we are having a huge problem trying to effectively redirect usb modems over to the terminal server with a multi user envirionment.  what is happening is that everyone is using the same modem so the program is unable to figure out what modem belongs to who thus not assigning a modem to the program. when the customers call me i manually asign one of the modems but i do not know  to what user does the modem belongs to so i gets to the point where it interrupts other people's phone calls....this is an ongoing issue that i need taken care off as soon as possible.

the other problem that i am having is on one computer i am getting the following error.

"PROGRAM CANNOT START ERROR(2). MODULE: FTSHELLAPP (324)"

what i do is uninstall the program and then reinstall again...but then 2 days the program will give me the same error. the computer is running windows XP SP3 and it's in a domain envirionment.

please help me out with this.

Thank you

Dear Diego,

1. Our software allows to assign "nicknames" to the devices. Try this feature. With it you will be able to recognize the modems.

2. Please send me a screenshot with "Device Instance ID" of two modems. (Open Device manager --> Select your device --> right click on it, properties --> Details, Device Instance ID)

3. Regarding this error MODULE: FTSHELLAPP (324). Usually it appears when the service is down. To fix it restart "USB for Remote Desktop Service". No need to reinstall the software.
