USB over ICA and XenDesktop

I am trying to setup a proof of concept using XenDesktop 5.5 and USB over Remote Desktop.  I have v3.1.2 of the server software installed on the master XD image and I have updated my catalog of VMs to included it.  However, when I connect to a VM using the ICA client the USB bluetooth adapter that I have set to be redirected on my PC is not connected to the XenDesktop VM.  But if I connect to the same VM using the remote desktop client it does redirect and I can use the BT adapter.
 
Any ideas on what needs to be done to make this work with the ICA client?  FYI, I am using v12.1.44.1 of the Citrix Receiver client.

We've updated it a day ago. Not that you'll need to re-install both the server and the workstation.

I only downloaded the USB over Remote Desktop files yesterday so I think I already have the current version.  Both the workstation and server are v3.1.2.  I have downloaded the files again and the file size is the same as the ones that I got yesterday.  If I run the workstation install again it gives me the option to change, repair or uninstall.  I did a repair but the problem still exits.
 
If I check the properties of the downloaded files on the details tab it says that the content was created on Jan 25, 2012 at 10:01am.

Please send us the following information so we can
investigate the issue:
- The system information of both PC's where USB for Remote Desktop (Server and
Workstation) is installed. To get system information file  you need to do the
following: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System
Information File -> Save.
- The USB for Remote Desktop log files. Please look for the logs in
%systemroot%\system32 folder (or if your PC is x64 then in
%systemroot%\syswow64). The log file names should be:
ftusbrdpsrv.log - for USB for Remote Desktop Server
ftusbrdpwks.log - for USB for Remote Desktop Workstation
 
And specify what do you see in the USB for Remote Desktop Server window when you are connected via ICA? ( Empty window? Connection ID? Redirected device?)
Could you please send us some screenshots?

On the server side, the window just shows Terminal Server with nothing else under it.  On the workstation side, it shows my usb devices with my BT adapter saying (ready for redirection).
 
There is no log file on the server.  On the workstation, the log file has the following in it:

How would you like me to get you the Sys Info files?  I don't see a way to attach files in the forums or in PM.
