USB forwarded but program not executing

Hi,

Working for medical office. Installed server and workstation USB for remote Desktop (Version 3.01). USB port is forwarded correctly from desktop and recognized correctly at remote server. While trying to get ECG tracing, I get error message stating "Error: ECG data frames error detected. currently running in a thin client environment and network connections are inadequate for proper program execution."

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

Hello PK,

Unfortunately your request is not quite clear for us.
Please describe the issue in  detail and answer the following questions:

- What USB device are you redirecting?
- What are the Operation systems of machines where Server and Workstation are installed?
>>While trying to get ECG tracing
- WHat is this? How do you do that?

Thanks

It is a Electrocardiogram machine that hooks into USB port. I can forward it and it is actually seen on the server. When I try to capture ECG on the program, It shows lines moving as if trying to capture the waveforms. It the crashes giving me the error message. It looks like there is a latency / frame rate issue. Are there any settings that can be modified to get the data from workstation to remote server quicker.

Server : Win 7 ultimate
Workstation: Win XP
ECG is done on a patient with several leads over the chest. Data is captured on the PC with Midmark software.

Thanks.

Unfortunately RDP protocol is slow itself so we recommend you using
USB over Network

Here you can learn more about it:
http://www.fabulatech.com/usb-over-network.html
Here is the download page:

USB over Network does the same job but not over RDP protocol.
