Citrix redirection not working - help please..

I'm unable to get USB redirection working when connecting through a Citrix client. It works perfectly fine on the same server if I use Remote Desktop (RDP) instead of Citrix (ICA).
 
Server: Windows 2008 Enterprise Server with SP2, 64-bit
Citrix: XenApp 5.0 Feature Pack 2
Software: Usb for Remote Desktop 2.7
 
I've made sure all client devices are allowed to map in the Citrix policies, have also checked all redirection is enabled in the terminal services configuration of the ICA-tcp connection properties.
 
If I connect via Citrix and open the USB for Remote Desktop application on the server, it shows no redirected USB devices. If I connect through Remote Desktop, I can see the redirected device with no issues.
 
Any ideas?
