USBforRDP can't redirect USB-key Rainbow iKey 1000

Hi!
USB for Remote Desktop can't redirect USB-device (USB-key) Rainbow iKey 1000.
When I start redirecting Rainbow iKey 1000, the Program tries to execute the redirection but in some seconds writes the following text (error):
iKey 1000 - Rainbow iKey 1000...Problem...
Generally is it possible to redirect this device or not.
P.S. Other USB-devices redirected successfully.

Maxim,

Let me explain what this error sign generally means. It means that  the program fails to 'grab' the device, although it sees it in the system. By enabling auto-redirecting (settings-preferences-auto redirecting) you allow the software to 'grab' it before Windows (or  anything else that might be using the device) does, and it functions normally after that. So this looks like what's happening in your case.

P.S. don't forget to disable auto-redirecting for other devices like mouses or keyboards.

Please let us know your results.

Hello!
Thank You for accurate advice!
I enabled auto-redirecting and after that the Program redirected Rainbow iKey 1000 successfully.
Thank You very much!
