Hi,

Does your product work with Citrix?
Scenario: -
Citrix clients connect to our Citrix servers using SSL over the Internet. They are able to launch published  desktops on the server from our secure gateway web interface. Local client USB devices do not show up in the published desktop 'my computer' session. Can your product provide this functionality?

Hi,
If clients PC can be accessed from Citrix, it's quite possible to used USB devices in Citrix environment.
In this case:
1) "USB over Network Server" should be installed on clients PCs.
2) "USB over Network Client" should be installed on Citrix.

Now client can share local device and connect it remotely from Citrix session.

That's all.

Hi,
Could you please confirm if using "USB over Network" version 2.8 supports below scenario ? Thanks

1) Install "USB over Network SERVER" on the XP/XPE machine with USB device attached.
2) Install "USB over Network CLIENT" on the Terminal Server 2000/2003 or Citrix PS Server
3) Use any thin client with RDP/ICA session connects to the Windows Terminal Server/Citrix PS Server in step 2, the user could connect and share the remote USB device.

Yes, but currently USB over Network server should be installed on XP (but not XPE) machine. We'll add XP support soon.

Yes, 2 and 3 are quite correct! USB device will appear as if it were plugged directly into Terminal Server/Citrix PS Server.
Thanks!
