USB over Network Server Error

I installed USB over Network server on my Windows 2003 x64 server and when I try launching the server program, i get the following error: Error (2). Module: Shell (119). That certainly doesn't sound good. Anybody know of a fix or work around? Thank you.

Current USB over Network version does not support operation on 64-bit processors yet. We plan to add such support in the next program versions.

IMPORTANT NOTE!
USB over Network works without problem on 64-bit processors if 32-bit OS is installed.

I have installed the USB over Network Server software on a P4 2.8 running Windows 2003 standard and I am getting the same error when I attempt to run the software.
Any ideas as to what might be causing this issue?

Thanks!

Can you please do the following:

1) verify, does ftusbsrv.exe file exist in the system32 folder. If yes

2) run Windows Task Manager and verify, is ftusbsrv.exe service running. If  not

3) try to run it manually from command line as below:

net start ftusbsrv

If not, what system error message do you get?

4) Please email us the usbnet-err.log file located in the system32 folder

Thanks for the quick reply!
I was able to start the service manually and the application ran as expected.  Now my problem is actually sharing the USB device.
I have a VMWare hosted server onto which I am installing an application that requires a USB dongle.  USB over Network sees the device, but when I attempt to share it I receive the following error:
     Cannot share USB device.
     Error (2). Module: InstallDriver (1047).

Is this due to a driver for the USB device not being installed or something else?

Thanks for your help.

No, you got this error because USBNET cannot find hardware ID of your device. To resolve this problem you can try to unplug USB device, enable program Auto-Sharing option (Menu -> Settings -> Preferences -> Auto-Sharing) and then plug device again. Then USBNET will share your USB device automatically.

We will resolve this problem in the next USB Over Network version.

Thank you very much for feedback.
