IRQL_NOT_LOWER_OR_EQUAL

I'm evaluating a trial copy of USB over Network 2.2: it works very well with the exception of a single USB device that causes the client to crash the operating system (Win XP SP2) with a blue screen (IRQL_NOT_LOWER_OR_EQUAL), just after the connection is established. This device is a Sony-Ericsson DSS-25 stand (something like a cable to connect a mobile phone to a PC) and I have no problems when connecting it directly. It seems to me that the problem is that the driver of this device creates a virtual serial port that maps to the USB one in order to support older applications. Is there any solution ? Thanks, Nicola Marinelli.
