PALM Tungsten E2/C

The software does not recognize the PALM Tungsten (with USB docking station). It is not displayed on the USB devices list.
 
What can I do?
 
Please help.

At first can you please verify where and how in Windows Device Manager your PALM (plugged in USB port) is listed?
