How To use USB Over Network Server - to share port

My question is how to share USB port without VPN  
 
This method - program connect to client  
 
 
I m use first time so please guide me

Hello!
 
There is one main criteria – your Server or Client should be available either in LAN or WAN with a public IP-address.  
 
There are several options:
1) Set up the port forwarding on your router;
2) Use VPN or VLAN
3) If your Server does not have a public IP, but your Client does, you could enable the callback connection.

hello USB over network team I am right now use call back method but I can not open settings showing this
