Hi,

I updated usb over network server from v5.0.6 to v5.2.2.
v5.2.2 server works normally and shows all the device at the beginning as i open it, however, after a few minutes, all the device disappear suddenly.

I reopen v5.2.2, and windows jumps a message  saying:
'Shell < - > Service' communication API not loaded!!!
And v5.2.2 cannot detect any device unless i reboot computer.
But even though i reboot computer, it only works normally at the beginning but repeats the situation that i mention above.

I also use:
1. wmic product where vendor='fabulatech' call uninstall (by cmd.exe)
2. restart PC
3. wmic product where vendor='fabulatech' get name (by cmd.exe)
    to confirm installations is empty.
4. install v5.2.2

But the problem keeps showing. What can i do now Undecided ? Thanks.

Hi,

You have a crash of USB over Network (Server Core) service.
1) let me know all steps for reproducing the issue;
2) enable the dump creation according to this instruction ("If our software crashes, do the following" section):
https://www.fabulatech.com/usb-over-network-server-help/troubleshooting-server.html
reproduce the issue, collect the crash dump of our service, zip it and send to me (support@fabulatech.com).
