Hi,
With help of USB over Network you can redirect any usb device from the local (USB over Network (server)) to the remote (USB over Network (client)) side.
What do you mean by "all seem to fail handling devices which send video/audio"? Describe your problem in detail. One clarification. USB over Network isn't a best solution for tv-tuner/camera redirection. We don't use video stream/data compression here. Try to use a lower graphic resolution of your video/audio.
