Ubuntu 14.04 St link share problem

Hello,
I'am trying to share ST Link using usb over network server for linux and client for windows.
From Linux (server) side:
Ubuntu recognise the device and i shared it successfully
From Windows (client) side:
usb over network client recognise the device and connect to it but i can't find the device in device manager and software cannot recognise the device.

Another type of device (Jlink for example) work correctly using same configuration.
