Failed to activate the server on Ubuntu x64

Hi, I always got the below error when trying to activate the usb over network server on my system (Ubuntu x64), ---------- pod@pod-linux-srvr:~$ sudo /opt/ftusbnet/sbin/ftusbnetd -k ~/pod/install/USB_over_Network_SN.txt USB over Network version: 5.1 This software uses the libusb 1.0 library. The components of libusb are distributed under the GNU General Public License and the GNU LGPL. You can obtain updated versions of libusb and the source code from the libusb homepage at http://libusb.sourceforge.net. Thre is no SSL key or certificate Build time: Jul 17 2015 09:05:30 Trial expired. Thank you for using this software! ------------- I copied the license key including the "BEGIN" and "END" lines and saved it to a file named "ftusbnet.key" then reran the command line but also failed. Even when the ftusbnet.key was copied to /etc the result was the same.
