Installation issues on Server 2012R2 core

Is anyone else having issues installing 5.1.11 on 2012R2 core? I am receiving the notice that there is a problem with the windows installer package.

Hi !
Please do the following:
- clean the Windows installer folder C:\Windows\Installer\
- download 5.1.11 version of USB over Network from our website:
http://www.fabulatech.com/usb-over-network-download.html
- collect the installation log file:
1) run command prompt;
2) in command prompt go to the folder where .msi file is located.
3) run the installer with "/l*xv /path_to_log/log.txt" parameter.
For example: C:\>setup-XXX.msi /l*xv /path_to_log/log.txt
4) in the same folder where .msi file is find the newly created log file. Please send it to me (support@fabulatech.com).

The clean and reinstall of the new download seems to have allowed the install to finish however now I am receiving an error when attempting to list devices
FAILED: Error 2 ShellCookie (37) \\.\pipe\EFB27300-A74A-41df-B84B-5101D18B1068

This isn't the output of our client/server CLI or log file.
Please describe the issue in detail.
