HELP Sublicense issue!!!

Hello,
I'm trying share and connect 2 USB devices over network. I successfully have both shared and seen on host but can only connect one at a time. I get error message "insufficient number of sublicense" when trying to get either or at the same time. I went ahead and purchased another license thinking it was license related but once I put new license key in it over wrote first key I purchased. PLEAE HELP!!!
