USB over Virtual PC

Huh
Server - Windows 7 64-bit.  
Shared device is visible in USB over Network Server
 
Client - Windows 7 32-bit Virtual PC
The only Server found in USB over Network Client is "tsclient", but its
State: offline  Cry
Connection status: host unreachable Cry
Device auto-connection: disabled
 
What shall I do?
