USB devices plugged in USB 3.0 PCI-E adapter?

It seems that the USB over Netwok cannot recogonize the mass storage devices plugged in the USB 3.0 PCI-E adapter.
 
Only when I plugged it into the USB 2.0 ports that originally designed on the motherboard of the PC , the mass storage device can be recgonaized by the  
USB over Netwok .
 
Host: Dell Optiplex 960MT
Host OS platform: Windows Server 2003 R2 x86.
USB 3.0 Adapter: ORICO PVU3-502U (USB 3.0 adapter PCI-E)
Mass Storage Device: West Digital My Passport 2TB with USB 3.0
USB over Network (Server): 4.7.5

Yes, you are right. "USB over Network" v 4.7.X does not support USB 3.0 protocol. Version 5.0 supports it but only on Windows 8/ Server 2012 operating systems.
