USB over Network 4.9 License

Hello.
 
I have a little problem with my USBoN 4.9 running on WS2012, I tried this and works perfectly server-client, so I decided to purchase a License, but when I try to set the License You guys sent me at my email address, it says Incompatible License Key, my evaluation expires on 08/06/2013 so I still have time to fix this, I really need help with this. Thank you
