Problems with Wacom STU-500 signature tablet

Hi We have the tablet, mentioned in topic subject. And we are working via RDP, so the device itself is connected to the local machine, and the client software is installed on the remote computer. When the signature is being taken, it seems that some "points" are lost, so that when I look on the tablet screen - the signature is smooth and natural, but in the "result window" it's very angular, like zigzag. Wacom support says, that if the data is 100% tranferred, it should not bee the issue for the tablet driver to display it correctly, even if there is slight delay in delivery. We are testing your software for 3 or 4 days, trying to achieve decent quality on the tablet screen, but unsuccessfully, so i think i need help or advice. Versions: UoN - 4.7.4, USB Monitor - 2.7 I'm analizing USB monitor data, and as i can see, not all the data matches correctly, some "events" have pair, some events don't. They have different order, on the "source" side we have IN,IN,OUT,OUT ... on the "destination" side - IN,OUT,IN,OUT. On the "source" side Hdr.Length is 0x48, on the "destination" it's 0x80, and othre differences. Is it possible that UoN loses some data? or maybe there are some tunings, that i can try to adjust? Or maybe there are some known issues. We tried on 3 different computers, the result is the same.
