BSOD with Pinacle Dazzle DVC100 video capture

Hi There..

I am trying to extend a Pinacle DVC-100 Video Capture Device, and have tried both the 4.5.3 and newer 4.7 versions of USB over Network. Unfortunately, each attempt with both versions causes a Blue Screen/Crash on my WinXP/sp3 Server.

Anyone else have similar results?

Dear Steve,

Me are more than interested in resolving the issue you encountered. To troubleshoot it effectively we need more information. Please provide us with step-by-step instruction how to reproduce the issue and send us the following:

--- The system information of both PC's where USB over Network (Server and
Client) are installed. To get system information file  you need to do the
following: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System
Information File -> Save;

--- Kernel memory dump;

To get it you need:
- Right click My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced ->Startup and Recovery;
- Select the "write debugging information" to "Kernel memory dump";
- Remember the path to the Dump file. By default it is %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP;
- Reproduce the BSOD;
- Find the dump file and send it to us ( you can upload it to our ftp
ftp://castle.colonet.net/upload/ )

Please let me know what is the file name of your dump file so I can find it on our ftp.

--- The USB over Network log files. Please look for the logs in
%systemroot%\system32 folder (or if your PC is x64 then in
%systemroot%\syswow64). The log file names should be:
ftusbsrv.log - for USB over Network Server
ftusbsrvc.log - for USB over Network Client

Thank you! I will be looking for your next message. You can send me log and system info files to my e-mail: support@fabulatech.com
