4.0 - Linux Daemon - LIBUSB problems

Hello,

I am trying to run the 4.0 daemon on a linux server but continue to receive a message saying I need to load libusb (even after I have loaded it). I've loaded it from in distro RPMs as well as manually compiled and installed it, but the results do not change.

The distro is centos 6.2. I am running the 4.0 daemon because the newer version of clients freeze when using the particular USB device we are using (so using a newer version of the daemon is not possible).

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Actually the output in the console is this:

[root@localhost lib]# ./ftusbnetd -d
Version: 4.0.0

This software uses and requires the libusb 1.0 library.
The components of libusb are distributed under the GNU General
Public License and the GNU LGPL. You can obtain updated versions
of libusb and the source code from the libusb homepage at
http://libusb.sourceforge.net.

Trail expired

[root@localhost lib]#

Which leads me to believe that they mean "Trial Expired". We have the key loaded in at /etc/ftusbnet.key but I'm guessing that isn't the right location?
