My 4.5.3 installation tells me that there is an upgrade avcailable to 4.7

I ask it to install but it consistently fails with:

There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.
A script required for this install could not be run. Contact
your support personnel or package vendor.

Any ideas?

Hello grahamk,

This error usually appears because the jscript.dll is not registered in Windows. To register it, perform the following steps:
1. Click Start > Run or hold down the Windows Key and press R.
2. Type regsvr32 jscript.dll.
3. Click OK when the message appears about the registration succeeding. If you receive an error instead, ensure you are logged into Windows as an Administrator.
4. Download and run Microsoft FixIT tool.

If the problem is not solved then please send setup logs to support@fabulatech.com
and describe the issue briefly.
To get setup logs:
1) Run command prompt. (Start->Run->cmd)
2) In Commend prompt go to the folder where msi file is located
3) Run it with "LOG=1" parameter
for example:
C:\>usb-over-network-client.msi LOG=1

setup will start end end prematurely.

4) In the same folder where msi file is find the newly created log file. Please send it to me.

Our spe******ts will analyze it and provide you with necessary instructions how to solve the issue.
