Losing connection on USB HDD

Hello,

We are using USB over Network Server 4.4 on a Windows Server 2008 Standard running HyperV. We have Windows Small Business Server 2008 virtualized on the HyperV host which is running USB over Network Client 4.4

The connection seems to drop every few hours causing problems with our server backup. I checked the log files for USB over Network on both servers and they are empty (c:\windows\SysWOW64\usbnetsrv-err.log).

We had no connection problems until a few days ago. No Windows updates were applied around the time the problem started. We were using version 4.2 when the problem started and then upgraded to 4.4 hoping that would resolve the problem, but it didn't.

Any idea?

Regards,
Justin
