2kbug,
Is it possible for you to give us remote access to your device so that we can analyze this problem more closely?
If yes, we'll need the drivers and the software that this USB key works with.

Greetings,

Please note most of the USB devices are based on specific production standards. Our software uses them to create a virtual copy of the device on the remote side. But some manufacturers can use different or change the current production standards to add some specific features to their products.

If you provide us with the remote access to your device we will be able to find the source of the issue. This will allow us to create a custom build for you that will be compatible with your device. All you need is to share your device with the help of USB over Network(server), provide me with your IP-address/domain name and to configure port forwarding to make your server accessible outside the network. If you don`t know how to configure it we can use 3rd party software. I will connect your device remotely and will forward it to our developers. Also I need your software and device`s drivers.

Does this option works for you?
