4.3 Please explain new features...

On the server (version 4.3) there are two options on the "troubleshooting" tab that I've never seen before. Mod, can you help me understand what they do?
 
-Reset power on disconnect
 
-Reset device on share

Sorry, I didn't notice your other post on this forum.
 
We can give you the most up-to-date version 4.4 for you to see if it solves the problem, but I'm pretty much shure if it's for the bandwidth, the disconnects  
will happen (maybe not that often though).
