setup error

hello. please help me. i cant install usb over network (client). i dont speak english very well.
what does it mean this error?

Hello!
 
Unfortunately, information you've mentioned is not enough to figure out what the problem is.  
 
Could you please do the following?  
 
1) Open Command Prompt  
2) Run setup-usbnet-server.msi /l*xv log_xv.txt
3) Send log_xv.txt by email support[at]fabulatech.com
 
We will do our best to solve this issue as soon as possible.
