Error 1168 with USB Monitoring Pro

Please help me explain and solve this problem
 
I installed in Windows 7 x64 SP1
 
USB Monitoring Pro: 2.7
 
Error: Can not start monitoring! Error (116Cool. Module: USBControlDevice (132)

Error 1168 was fixed and it is weird that it has occurred again.  
We can offer you a new version that is not on the web side yet. You are welcome to install it and make all the necessary tests.

You can try to do the following:
- Restart the system with the device plugged  
- Restart the system with the device unplugged

I try many times and tested on another PC ( with other OS ) but problem still happen
