Version 2.1 doesn't support Windows 7. I'm sending you the beta version, it would be great if you could give it a try. Please check your PM.

Thanks.

Dear Zetjaro,

Please describe your issue in detail.
- What version of USB Monitor are you using?
- Do you get an error message? (if yes please specify it)
- Have you tried rebooting the PC after the installation?
- have you tried replugging the USB devices you want to monitor?

Thanks.

I just downloaded the trial version 2.5, Windows7 64. I am unable to monitor any device:

"Cannot start monitoring! Error 1168.

I have tried rebooting, no luck.

Thanks for any advice, or link to an older version!

I'm using win7 64bit.
Whatever I do, I'm getting "Cannot start monitoring! Error (116Cool.  Module: UsbControlDevice (194)."

Any idea?

It doesn't recognize hotplug as well.

fx,

Looks like you're trying the older version of USB Monitor.

Plesae test 2.7 beta 3 and tell us if it helped. As far as I know Error 1168 has been fixed there.
