Mic not working

Hi
 
we are running a call centre with thin clients connecting via RDP to Terminal Servers. We need to move to VOIP systems but Mics dont work over RDP!
 
I have installed your software on one of our Windows 2003 terminal servers and it is showing your software under the recording device, however when i launch the Sound Recorder everything is greyed out and nothing records?
 
Your software seems to do exactly what i need! Is there anything you can suggest to get it working?

No client part of Sound over RDP was installed on the workstation side. Our software works only when 2 parts are installed.

I've the two parts installed on my server, my client machines are thinclients so thats that. the volume and advanced buttons on voice tab of the voice recording device are grayed. The software to make phone calls don't recognize the mic, can you hel me. The OS is windows server 2003 x64.
