Serial Port Redirector Driver Issue

Hi
I have installed Serial Port Redirector. I created a COM port. But in the Device Manager, this COM Port driver is showing me the following messages in the Events tab:
Device Install Requested : Device FABULATECH\VSP\1&1a590e2c&0&DEVICE16 requires further installation.
Device service added (ftvsport): Driver Management has concluded the process to add Service ftvsport for Device Instance ID FABULATECH\VSP\1&1A590E2C&0&DEVICE16 with the following status: 0.
Then in the Resources tab it says: This device isnt using any resources because it has a problem.
Can you please guide what is the issue?
