Ok, thanks, so MEMORY.DMP is the full memory dump?

I will pass it on to the developers, but unfortunately due to heavy workload they will be able to take a look at the files only after February 8, is this acceptable for you?

Yes, MEMORY.DMP is the full memory dump.

No problem for the delay.

Thank you to watch what happens.

Hello,

Have you had time to analyze the dump?

Yes, now we can give you a debug driver, so that you can replace it, reproduce the problem and send us the dump again. Please let me know if you are ready to do this.

It's designed to save some specific information after you reproduce the BSOD again.

I sent you detailed instructions to your email address.

Thank you

I replaced the two files. Sys that you sent me and restarted the server.
We are now waiting for the next BSOD.

Could you tell me more about these files please?
These are the drivers used by the Network Serial Port Kit?

Yes, they are program drivers, and please don't worry, they are completely safe.
After the BSOD they will help to capture specific information our developers need to fix this issue

Hello,

We did not encounter any BSOD since the establishment of drivers debug by cons, yesterday we had a problem with the connection.

The virtual port is passed Broken connections.

We had to restart the service "Network Serial Port Kit" but impossible.
We have manually stopped the process "nspk.exe" then try to start the service which has successfully start after several tries.

Sometimes we even have to recreate the connection to the software work again.

Have you ever encountered this problem?
Y Has there solutions?

Thank you in advance for your reply

For BSOD's with our serial port products we usually give a fixed driver, I'll send you further instructions via email.

Hello,

The server on which the BSOD occurred is 32 bits.

The second server is itself in 64 bit but never had a BSOD.

What these new drivers will have more?

Thank you

I've responded by email with screenshots.
