NetworkSerialPortKit Error

Hi,
we have purchased the NSPK for Tiwest Australia a couple of weeks ago. Everything was running fine until yesterday.

NSPK is running on a Dell Optiplex 755 with the following specs.

OS:              Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Service pack:    Service Pack 3
Memory:          2013 MB
Processor type:  Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPUE4600
Clockspeed:      2394 Mhz

We split 2physical ports (GPS and GYRO data streams) into several virtual ports.

The following error came up and NSPK is no longer running.

Error Message:
Programm cannot start because of the following error:
Error (121). Modul:FTShellApp (257).

Apart from that the NSPK is only forwarding one port, the other port starts ok but then not transporting any data.

Can you please advise us as it is very critical for our operations.

Thank you

Hello!

Could you please clarify what are your devices and by which means did you split your ports?

Thanks in advance!
